In order to submit inquiries through the Egea Food, LLC Platform, you must provide certain information. The “Contact a Dealership,” “Schedule a Test Drive,” and “Request a Quote,” forms require you to provide your name and email address. This information is required so that you can be contacted about your request. Some Egea Food, LLC Platform forms also require you to provide us with your geographic region or zip code so that we can direct your request appropriately.
The “Apply for Financing” form requires you to provide your name, address, date of birth, phone number, email address, social security number, and employment information. This information is required in order to determine your creditworthiness and to notify you of the results of your credit application.
Sweepstakes, Promotions, Contests & Surveys
In order to participate in sweepstakes, promotions, or contests on the Egea Food, LLC Platform, you are required to provide personal information such as your name, street address, email address, and date of birth. We require this information in order to administer the sweepstakes, promotions, and contests, to ensure participants meet applicable eligibility requirements, and to contact winners.
You may be asked to participate in surveys about your experience with the Egea Food, LLC Platform. Placing an Order

When you register for an account with our Sites or our Applications, you must provide your name and email address. You also have the option to allow Egea Food, LLC to contact you with information about products or services that may be of interest to you. Once your account is established, you have the option to provide us with additional information such as your address and phone number so that we can pre-populate forms on the Egea Food, LLC Platform when you are logged in. You will also have the ability to save product configurations and inventory favorites in your account. We store that information for as long as your account is active.
You may modify your accounts at any time by visiting the “Profile” settings and making changes to individual fields. You may delete your account at any time by using the “Delete My Account” link in your profile settings. Or you can contact us to modify or delete your account.

Egea Food does not control third parties’ collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. Placing an Order
We use third party service providers to manage our Online Ordering via the website and to manage deposit payments when you reserve a large Order. Information you provide when making online purchases is shared with our third party service providers so that your payment can be processed and your order can be fulfilled.
When you register an account on the Egea Food Platform, Egea Food does not maintain your password. That information is stored on a specific server called customer identity and access management system.
